We happily exchange like for like items, any missing parts we will supply ASAP. Any faults to items must be notified within 24 hours of reciept, faults under warranty will be checked by us or the supplier.

Flat packed items must be checked over on delivery for any missing parts or damages before assembly, returns must be within 7 days in original packaging.

No returns on wrong colours chosen or wrong sizes made by the customer, or change of minds. Orders can not be cancelled, all payments need to be paid in full before orders can be processed unless otherwie stated.

CAST IRON RADIATORS

Iron rads carry a 8 year warranty, rail & valves carry a one year warranty, cast iron rads  are pressure tested ready for installation, we recomend radiators on site before installation.

Al cast iron rads have a working pressure of 6 bar, connections can be 1/2 inch or 3/4 inches upon request, we can help with the BTU calculations required for each room, each rad is custom built there may be slight variances in sizes listed, all rads carry the bs en 442 british standard test assurance to ensure quality and accurate output, cast iron rads are for use on close on heating systems only, they are not suitable for an installation HWS circuits. You must use te correct flushing and chemical treatments failure to observe these requirements will render the guarantee on the product void.

Always follow the HSE lifting guidelines are iron rads are very heavy, never attempt to carry cast iron rads on your own or drag the rads as this may cause you and the radiators seal damage, you must have sufficient people on hand to unload your order our delivery team wil guide you regards to this matter. A technical information sheet will be provided, painted rads will come with touch up paint as you may need to use this for minor touch in due to delivery.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Free local delivery on most items, for courrier service please contact us for a quote please leave a postcode and we will get back to you on a price, most items are hand checked before they are delivered. we try to be on time with our deliveries but cannot guarantee items reaching you on exact times, if in the unlikely event that items will take longer than the specified time, we will contact you asap to let you know.  if the item is damaged threw delivery you must reject the item and sign as damaged, you must notify us withing 24 hours all items returned must  be in original packaging, unopened with all fixings etc. We will arrange for the items to be picked up.
